Is InOps compliant with Indian labour laws?
Yes. InOps is designed around the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (CLRA), the Employees' Provident Fund Act, the ESI Act, and state-specific labour regulations. The platform auto-generates Form XIII, Form XIV, and muster rolls, and flags contractor licence renewals and PF/ESI due dates so clients stay audit-ready.
