Where does our data go? Does it train external AI models?+

Your workforce data is processed for your queries and your anomaly detection only. It is not used to train external or shared models, and deployment options include on-premise where data-residency rules require it.

What data does it learn from?+

Your own gate-verified attendance, OT, payroll, and compliance history. Patterns are specific to your sites and contractors rather than generic industry benchmarks, which matters because a normal OT pattern at a three-shift automotive plant looks nothing like one at a seasonal cement site.

Can I ask questions in plain language?+

Yes — questions like 'which contractors billed above approved OT last month' or 'show workers with expired medical fitness at Plant 2' return answers with the underlying records attached, so the answer can be checked rather than trusted.

How is this different from dashboards and reports?+

Dashboards answer the questions someone anticipated when building them. Most compliance and cost questions are unanticipated — they arise from a specific invoice, inspection, or incident.
